Jehan Helou and Renad Qubbaj the General Diredtor of Tamer Institute participated in the IBBY 32 Congress.
Jehan chaired a meeting of the Arab Group participating in the Congress and at the end of the Congress the meeting of both the Asian and the Arab group, In that meeting the participants decided to start the Asian Newsletter.
